Can from Boise Co-op. Pours flat, pale golden. Aroma is white bread and crackers. Taste brings a small lemony tartness, still grainy. Nothing too exciting here, forgettable.

Wonderfully easy to drink yet tart and flavorful. Deceivingly hazy

White gold with solid cap; lemon, feta, and flowers; saltines, frothy lemon sorbet, very gentle lactic kick, some nectarine, touch of honey, and grass + spice end; round + dry.

Nose promises big things, and it delivers those but in super gentle terms. Enough character if you take your time, but easy enough (a bit too, at 6%) to quaff. Won’t please a purist, but the sour I’d give to someone who’d never had one.

08/10/18 stamped on bottom of 12 oz can. (I hope that is canning date- not best by - I'm thinking a Wild Ale should get better with age, anyway). Also I didn't realize it was retired when I bought it. Should still be good though - 3 months not old for a wild ale). Anyway, onto the beer.
Pours clouded yellow with a large white head that fizzes down to a thin cover. Some broken lacing sticks.
The smell is of tart lemon. Tangy citric.
The taste is not as tart as nose - which isn't particularly pungent as others in the style. Mild IPA comes to mind. Citric with a smooth biscuit malt backing.
It does have a refreshing quality to it in a light way.
Easy to drink. Refreshing. It doesn't seem to go in a certain direction - a bit tough to explain. Not the funky/sour wild ale that others are, though there is a sour/wild element to it.
Overall a good brew. Shame it is retired. Certainly worth trying.

Tart up front, real quick, malt body follow through. A middle twang that keeps it round.
Taste rating in words: It's a puzzle maze, you're not sure where it is going to take you.

Fruity aroma. Pleasant. Not much depth. Maybe a little tartness, but more sweet than tart.
Cloudy golden yellow. Full foamy white head.
Tartness is mild and a lot of drying on the finish. Fruit but also a solid malt base. Starts with a shot of tart and then rounds out the flavor with the malt and soft malts.
Lots of carbonation and this is more filling than I expected. Slightly smaller than moderate feel.
This is nice.

A 12oz can with a drink by date of 8/8/2018
L - Bright yellow with some clarity, 1 finger of head, and some minor lacing left on the glass
S - A nice hoppy aroma, fresh, pine and citrus.
T - Apples, citrus fruit, and malty. Finishes with a hoppy flourish. Even has a white wine taste throughout.
F - Well carbonated, light body.
O - An easy drinking golden ale. Not too much tart despite the name in the description. Enjoyable
