Twelve ounce bottle copped from Uppercrust in Phoenix. Pours a copper ruddy hue with minimal frothing. Mellow aroma replete with hints of hops and citrus. Similar overall flavor profile.

Honestly perfect. This is a perfect IPA. Nothing special or fancy, but there's nothing wrong with that. If this was the last beer I was allowed to drink, I'd be a lucky man. Very underappreciated probably because it doesn't have a sexy name. Sad!

Thanks Brandon. This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt golden amber color with a one finger sustaining white head. Bubbles roamed in and out of the head, but it still looked nice for the most part. Tired bubbly lacing clings to the glass nicely. The smell starts off with some sweet ruby red grapefruit pulp. Light citrusy-rind like bitterness runs into the blend. A little bit of pepper spice charms the underneath part of this. The taste was moderately bitter with a nice dry sweetness of the grapefruity hops lead into the aftertaste and cherish a dry citrusy sort of finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body with a decent sessionable feel to it. Carbonation feels good for an AIPA as a good amount of bitterness from the hops hits my tongue in a good appropriate harsh feel. Overall, nicely done AIPA that I know I would have again.

Really excellent and one of the stardard-bearers for craft American IPAs. Classic flavors of pine and citrus, with a little lingering sweetness on the finish. Medium amber with a thick, lasting head and great lacing. Well balanced and easy to drink a few back-to-back on a hot day. Falls into the "must-try" category for me.

Fantastic beer, and comes in a six pack! If you see this next to a four pack of overpriced Dog Fish Head, buy this! I hate the stingy bullshit of four packs!

Am absolutely mystified by the glowing reviews of this truly mediocre beer. While the look and feel are typical of a craft IPA, the actual taste sensation is a huge letdown, with none of the complexity and bouquet of something world-class - or even better than average. I'd like to see how this does in a blind tasting against, let's say, Two Hearted Ale or Sam Adams Rebel. Honestly, the glass of Odell IPA I am drinking as I write this is one-dimensional and boring - definitely not recommended.

From a 12 ounce bottle, best by 6/15/17, into a tumbler. Hazy color with sediment and carbonation. Very hoppy smelling. It doesn't taste quite a strong as the aroma might suggest. Drinks like an IPA pretty much. Creamy when chewed. Big gulps. I think this beer falls into the average column for me.

Medium amber. Short lived head. Tiny particulates to haze the look
Floral aroma.
Taste is upfront hoppy. With nice citrus. A hint of malty sweetness, but definitely in the background.
A bit too thin.
Respectable IPA, but doesn't really stand out.
