Pour is an unusual hazy rose color. Lazy ascending bubbles along the side. Just over a finger of white crackling head dropping into the beer. Had to bump up my number for some nice glass lacing.
Smell is a bit like musty berries that were left sitting out for just a bit to long. Maybe even damp dirty laundry? Not to cool on the smell, or my sniffer is broke.
Very tart on the tongue with this one. Almost like one of those sour/tart candies the kids like. Real hard to pick out a certain fruit over another. Lots of clashing. Definitely can find the guava. Okay now got some acai and I do get a hint of salt with that tartness. Seems extremely complex on the taste, kind of like a wheres Waldo thing.
Mouth feel is nice and light. The carbonation really bounces on the tongue almost giving it a sizzle. finish is very snappy and crisp with just a bit of that lingering sour tart in the back of the throat that slowly slides down. Like the mouth feel!
This one has some winners and some detractors. At first the pour seemed a bit odd but came to fit this unusual beer. The smell just don't do it for me. The taste seems so complex as I play with that lovely sweet/tart flavor I seem to be trying to pick through it to isolate what is coming through on my radar. The mouth feel is really fun and almost playful and really helps the beer play with that sweet/tart mix. My only real slight is that odd musty smell. Anyhow Cheers go out to ODell Brewing for a very interesting beer. If you like the style I would say you should try it!

12oz can pours a very hazy orangish-pink color reminiscent of grapefruit. Small fizz of white head that disappears Smells of very light and juicy fruit notes. The taste is very juicy and with a combination of berry, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors. Slight tartness and a hint of salt with a small sweetness and a tart aftertaste. Light-to medium body with moderate carbonation mouthfeel for a refreshing finish.
This was a pretty solid sour. Would drink again but wouldn't go out of my way to buy it.

Sippin’ Pretty pours a darker, clean copper color with a hint of pink and a very small head. The aroma is filled with notes of flowers. The flavor is very light and sprite, with hints of flowers, salt, and sweetness. It is light but refreshing, feels fizzy, with works well. Overall, a lighter, fizzy sour beer with many spring notes.

Can from Whole Foods. Murky, pink pour, foamy head fades to nothing. Aroma brings tropical fruit, guava. Taste is more fruit, hint of salt towards the back. More tart than sour, but much better than I expected.

19.2oz can best by last September it looks like, damn
On the pour a very solid, fine, bone white, 4 finger head forms in my nonic pint on top of a body that looks exactly like grapefruit juice. Lacing doesn't form but head retention is good for a sour.
Aroma is... questionable. An almost meaty character works its way through the very fruit forward juicy thing ot has going on. I thought it smelled like cat piss, but my friend said it smells more like canned cad food.
Taste is fine, not as offensive as the aroma, a tropical almost guava fruit and a slight tartness come through. It's about as tart as a bit too much lemon in your water. A decent biscuity pale malt comes through on the back.
Feel is drinkable, but the aroma really takes away from the experience and how I feel while drinking this beer. It's light and semi crisp, but I feel like I have to chug it like a malt liquor which is honestly disappointing especially considering the fact "sippin'" is in the name.
Overall I'm disappointed. I like O'Dell and respect that they are still independent, and I thought I'd give this a shot since sours are alright, and O'Dell is alright, but I should've gone with my gut. I felt like this was a cash grab because it is. It tried to capitalize on the mini-craze around sours, and it worked, but it's bpretty easy to see what it is.

Really inoffensive, not a lot of flavor here. I taste a little bit of biscuit or cracker with fruit and floral flavors. Little bit sour but not nearly as much as some other varieties. Very drinkable but that's mostly because it lacks in intensity.

Look:
ruby red, as expected, sour haziness, 1cm head, no lacing
Smell:
Citrus fruity, faint sour hint, limón zest
Taste:
Predictable from smell, inoffensive, low ABV (4.5%), light sour taste, tropical seltzer with slight beer wheat body
Feel: Grainy, high carbonation, seltzer-adjacent
Overall: Every single music venue in Denver has these, and every time it is a solid enough choice. Good for sneaking one to your 20 year old GF.

Good flavor. Just wish it was a bit more crisp, the aftertaste is just a tad lacking.
