I rarely get the chance to try beers from this wonderful brewery, but when I do they always seem to be spot on.

This beer sits in the glass with the appearance of honey or vintage amber sap. Head is a thick creamy 2 inches of fluffy off white head. Dynamic resilience is shown as this head is retained for almost 5 minutes. Bows of lace are left behind as it slowly fades.

Nose has tones of crisp leafy hops, pineapple, and honeycomb. Not incredibly dynamic but very attractive all the same.

First thing that comes to mind when I take a sip is that this beer is like silk hoppy goodness. So smooth and creamy for an DIPA it just amazing. Pineapple is the standout flavor here. The bitter feel builds comfortably as you continue to drink. Just off the charts drinkability for the style. At 9.3% the alcohol is scary well hidden. Mouthfeel does thicken a bit as you drink but it is very very nice.

This is a great brew.
