Named for Myrcene, a component of essential oils in the hop flower, Myrcenary Double IPA is our tribute to those who revere the illustrious hop, and their unyielding exploit to craft hop forward beers. Brewed with a blend of hops containing the highest levels of Myrcene, this double IPA prevails with a tropical fruit-like flavor, a pungent floral aroma, and a clean getaway.

I did a side-by-side with their classic IPA so the review below is based off of that.

A: Clearer than their normal IPA with heavier lacing and evidence of bottle conditioning. Pretty good transparency and not cloudy at all.
S: Very fresh on the nose with a strong grapefruit presence. some sweet malts but not much. Strong profile all around.
T: Grapefruit and pine dominant hop profile. It may sound a little odd but a number of the CO beers I have tried have a similar profile that I was told may be due to local water in process.
M: Medium-heavy but nothing outside of what I think of when drink DIPAs. Low carbonation.
O: Very bright and drinkable IPA. Doesn't kill your palate with IBUs or heavy mouthfeel. A little less sweet than the normal IPA and stronger IBUs
