Bottle #05961 ... 2014 vintage

A - Pours a golden body, hints of amber and is slightly cloudy. It has a two finger eggshell head that takes a while to go down.

S - Nose is faint all around. May'be too many flavors to try and pick out. It's grainy with hints of sweetness. I honestly can't discern anything too dominate.

T - Sweet honey forward with light hops and drinks straight forward like a strong ale. But, just like the nose, no real dominance of flavors. It's rather enjoyable to drink, just nothing pokes out at me.

M - Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Has a prickly carbonated body, a dry finish and is somewhat cloying on the finish. The ABV is well hidden.

O - A pleasant beer that has a cool background to it. To me, honey is the dominate flavor here and the other adjuncts don't really stand out.
