Nice size tasting room with many tables surrounding the bar. They even have a little area where a small band can play. Also have a cooler with special to go bottles and the "normal" stuff

I had the higher AbV sampler tray which was all the specialties. They were all either good, above average or awesome; no duds. Service was quite pleasant and very helpful with selections. Definitely worth a stop for the great casual atmosphere and their specialty offerings you can get in the stores or cost twice as much in the store.

A very nice beer garden. More people went to the seperate wine facility. Best beers tended to be the classics. Odell tries to be a regional facility. Much of the newer taps are there filling out the offerings.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Open and airy on the inside, not noisy on a workday afternoon. Nice outdoor patio. The tap selection was good, I think perhaps 12 or so beers on tap if I remember. Next to the bar, there is a cooler filled with singles and sixers. The quality of the beer was very good. The service was good as well. The bartenders knew their stuff. Would definitely visit again.

Visited on a weekend with my family. Reasonably good selection, some stuff was really good (highly recommend Friek). Place is large and interesting, servers were nice, answered questions, gave samples. Wasn't too busy when we were there. Definitely a worthwhile stop.

Day trip up to Fort Collins for a few beers with Glenn. I’m not going to lie; I kind of want to jump on the highway north when we leave here later and take the ride to Cheyenne for the fuck of it and see if anybody notices this is not the way back to Denver. Started around the corner and are working our way out and about town now, we being a stone’s throw from New Belgium if you had an amazing arm…

Brewery standalone, enter in, pass the swag, belly up, show ID anyway, take the hand stamp, and order up right there at the end of the bar. There’s a vertical board behind the bar right there listing the 20 tap selections (beer, style, & ABV) carved out into 4 flights (if that’s your game). It’s an ‘L’ shaped wood topped bar with a black paneled base and no foot bar (and no need for one) as there’s no seating at the bar. It’s a ‘get your beer, then stand clear’ kind of thing, and you don’t really do that along the stretch of the bar looking at the taps but rather you deal everything through that first greeter at the end of the bar when you come in. Around the bend, sure, 2 bar towers with 10 logo’d tap handles each on stainless (plus a solo handle for the seltzer). Colorful chalk board pieces over the taps (live music, farmer’s market), a growler filler countered, and glassware shelved below.

Spacious enough room. Pebbled concrete floors, beige walls windowed with logo prints alternating, and a drop ceiling here and a darker colored slanted ceiling soundboarded there; ductwork, spinnys, drop suction cup lamps, and track & sunken spots. Black & white beer prints framed, and World Beer Cup awards & GABF medals in a display box down on the end. Placards and house bottles displayed at the end of the bar overhead, a corner swag space off the entrance, and a triple wide cooler in the corner with bottles six pack, make your own, & cellar series 750’s.

2 dozen+ tables of the high & low, shared & bar spur, all shapes & sizes, riddled about the room, around the bar, into the side room, and the side side silo room.

20 taps; a mix of year rounders & seasonals (Odell IPA, India Pale Ale, 7%; 90 Shilling Ale, Amber Ale, 5.3%; Rupture, Fresh Grind IPA, 6%; Colorado Lager, 5%; Mountain Standard, Mountain Style IPA, 6.5%; Drumroll, Hazy Pale Ale, 5.3%; Easy Street, Wheat Ale, 4.6%; Myrcenary, Double IPA, 9.3%; Long Stride, Session IPA, 4%; Tavern Tart, Kettle Sour with Mango & Peach, 3.8%; 5 Barrel Pale Ale, 5.2%; Cutthroat, nitro Porter, 5%; Stalwart Returns, Hazy IPA, 4.3%; Sippin’ Pretty, Kettle Sour with Acai, Guava, & Elderberry, 4.5%; Today IPA (September), Hazy IPA, 7.4%; 180 Shilling Ale, Imperial Scottish Ale, 9.9%; Cloud Catcher, Milkshake IPA, 6.8%; Oktoberfest, Marzen Lager, 6.1%; Woodcut No. 9, BA Imperial IPA, 10.7%; Bring the Light II, Berliner Weisse, 3.8%), and the aforementioned seltzer (Mango Tangerine Hard Seltzer, 3.8%).

Got through nearly half of them on pour & sample (Odell IPA, India Pale Ale, solid regular ol’ filtered IPA, hell yes; 90 Shilling Ale, it’s their flagship, solid Scottish Ale, and it really is the sweet spot; Rupture, Fresh Grind IPA, yep, it’s a hazy; Mountain Standard, Mountain Style IPA, blend of east coast and a west coast, that’s good; Long Stride, Session IPA, light, citrus, pleasant enough; Cutthroat, nitro Porter, a bit thin but tasty; Sippin’ Pretty, Kettle Sour with Acai, Guava, & Elderberry, pleasant, tart; 180 Shilling Ale, just a bit too much; Oktoberfest, grainy, but tasty). Odell IPA, 90 Shilling Ale, & Mountain Standard for the Wins!

Just looking around, and then Mike just pops out this side door and says “Oh, hey man, what’s up?” like it was just no big deal that you’d run into someone you worked with in Brooklyn at a brewery out in Colorado. He madeth me drink samples and go on walkabout (Man, am I glad we dragged that guy along to Hill Farmstead from that Burlington work conference back in ‘15). We saw production, the bottling line, the bottoms and tops of brewing vessels enormous, the outside topside up high (Made it, ma! Top of the world!!), and the badass backyard barrel room, cobbler workshop, & small concert venue.

We set up out on the patio, brick & stone, upper & lower, fire pit action, gated pens and nooks with tables umbrealla’d and under awnings of the triangle with strung bulbs lining and hanging plants with bright colorful flowerings. Band play set up here and food truck drive up over there. It’s probably one of the best outdoor spaces I’ve seen and I’ve seen a few.

What can be better than a few beers in the garden with Glenn, right? Chill place, some very good beers, just solid all around. Would like to see this brewery out East.

Very cool campus setting on the north side of town. Much of the building is done in limestone, including a circular atrium, and it's beautiful. L-shaped service bar to the left of entry just past the merch. Tables abound in the tasting room, adjacent rooms and large multi-level patio terrace. 20 plus beers on tap, plus bottle, can, and crowler fill. I had the Cloud Catcher and it was wonderful. I was here early on a Monday, avoiding the crowd, so place was pretty chill, definitely worth a visit.

A gem in downtown Fort Collins with loads of indoor/outdoor seating to relax and enjoy some top quality CO beers. Food is regularly available through local Food Trucks and the schedule is posted well in advance. All kinds of beer options - flights available, both preplanned sets our choose your own. Of course, take home options abound. Plenty of march too, don't leave without a shirt. The quality of the beer is fantastic. I focused on IPAs and beyond the standard IPA, which is great, the varieties keep me coming back for more. Highly recommend.

Indoor spaces looked nice but spent most of our time on the patio. Very laid back outdoor space pumping good tunes.

Good selection of the usual beers as well more exclusive taproom/pilot stuff. Couple food trucks parked outside that I’m assuming shuffle daily.

Moved on after a few hours to check out other breweries in the area but easily could have spent all day here.

Odell is upbeat with outdoor music and event options there are spaces that invite beer snobbing and outdoor patio for a more upbeat atmosphere Service is wonderful. Beer is amazing though I with some seasonal beers could be more permanent. The only down side is that it brings in quite the crowd of people.

Very fun brewery. Their beer is very good. Not the best beer I have ever had but definitely very respectable. What makes this brewery my favorite in Colorado is the vibe it gives off. Great beer accompanied by a great outdoor indoor/outdoor brewery makes this a great spot to spend a few hours with friends or family while enjoying great beer!

The exterior of this brewery looks pretty neat with a rural, farmhouse feel. Inside feels much the same with a welcoming atmosphere. An "L" bar offerings plenty of counter top space to order beers with lots of seating inside. A large outdoor patio expands seating dramatically with attendants wandering the patio area to deliver beers. Staff is all friendly and helpful in selecting and describing O'Dell's beers. The tap list spans O'Dell's flagships and offers up a few limited and tap-room only beers. Wonderful place to drink and relax. The tour is nice as well with a few samples available.

Definitely worth the trip! A young overly-enthusiastic (but very nice) man showed us around, talking too fast, but it was a very good tour. We got to see Mr. O'Dell himself assisting a group of college kids making a batch of beer. That was special. He must be in his 70s or so, still completely interested in what he's doing! Afterwards we were offered a free sample of the delicious Rupture Ale.
