16 ounce can poured into a snulip.
L: Hazy opaque, looks like dark pulpy orange juice, three finger orange-hued white head, foam is spongy, lots of peach pulp.
S: Strong sour peach aroma, pastry like aroma (bread malt and baking spice), a bit of funk.
T: Peach forward, lactic, a little more sweet than sour, notes of pastry (same as nose)
F: Medium body, medium carbonation, mildly tart.
O: Nice, definitely comes across as peach cobbler, easy drinking (to me) for a sour.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. A bit of a gusher, but poured a very hazy brownigh orange; looks like a pineapple orange smoothie. A massive, half glass, off-white head that dissipated slowly, developing patches of darker fruit puree, kinda of interesting. Aroma is neutral malt, cinnamon, peach juice, vanilla and lactose; peach pie. Flavor is pale malt, tart peach, cinnamon; sour juicy finish with hints of lactose. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess and sharp carbonation. I'm not a sour fan, but wanted to try this style that sounded like it might be tamer and more to my taste. The aroma was great; this was the biggest gusher I've ever had from a can and lost a little before it got to the glass, but the peach pie character was great; very little tartness in the aroma. Ultimately, this was just too tart for me. I liked the peach and cinnamon dessert quality, but the pie parallel disappeared in the tart finish. I enjoyed trying this but just not a style I'll return to. Looks and smells great.
