Big fan of this beer, it's everything I like in an IPA. Light bodied, and nice hop forward taste and aroma. Not at all fatiguing on the palate, but it's a pretty hopped up. A nice showcase of the Moteuka hop. I've had it on draft many times, but decided to finally review it. Always at the brewery.

The appearance is very light and a little cloudy, aroma.
Piny/Citrus on the nose and palate.
Clean mouthfeel and goes down pretty easily.
Overall, just a great all around go to IPA. I know they are getting a canning line soon, wish they would can this one.

On tap at the source. Poured into a pint glass. A fairly hazy but not turbid golden amber color with a modest white head. Huge tropical aroma with tangerine, mango, and some dank resin. The taste followed suit with a smooth fruity flavor and a very soft but present bitterness. Dry bready malt that balanced it well. Easy drinking and tasty!

The appearance of this brew is a solid golden color that is very cloudy with no head and no lacing on the glass at all.

The smell is very piney with a hint of citrus.

This beer tastes like a porcupine banged a pine cone on top of a pineapple, while an orange watched...but seriously, the pine flavor is over the top! Followed by the sweet and slightly pungent citrus that an orange has. Really powerful stuff!

The mouthfeel is a little carbonated with a very bitter finish. Does not go down smooth and leaves your palette very dry...and thirsting for more!

This is a very solid india pale ale at 7.2% ABV and 85 IBU (the website has it listed at 6.5% and 60 IBU but the "beerboard" at the brewery had these statistics for the beer). Not really unique in the world of IPA's but it is well crafted and good to see a local brewery pulling this kind of stuff off.

Poured from can into a duvel glass. Straw and golden color with a thin wispy head. This is very balanced with some crackery malt and not too heavy handed on the hops.
