Electric Unicorn is a hop-infused White ale; best enjoyed while riding a mystical mono-horned laser beast, racing through the galaxy to the sonic backdrop of screaming metal guitars. Time to ditch reality and take this India pale fairy tale for a ride.

Very nice old school ipa. Hoppy but not overwhelming like a lot of ipas these days. Pleasant to drink. Would definitely buy again.

I’ll admit this pours a lot lighter than the can and white beer infused IPA would seem. In fact, this is darker in colour than a lot of IPAs I’ve had. That’s not a bad thing, it’s very exciting in how gorgeous it looks in the glass with its pillowy, two and a half finger head that boasts great retention and wonderful spiderweb lacing throughout. Fluffy, just like a Belgian. All on top of a golden honeyed body.
Certainly smells for a dead ringer between the two styles, being tied together by bready clean malts and spicy yet doughy yeast. Definite orange peel and grapefruit, coriander and pine.
Wonderfully pleasant, subtle but notably complex taste. You are met by a pleasant mild bitterness, citrusy with some zesty notes. Strong backbone of malty grains and yeasty ester, especially on the finish. Pleasant grassiness to the hops, a little bit earthy but in a very clean, fresh way. Like slightly damp straw. Clean, easy drinking. Evolves from a floral, citrus beginning into an earthy, zesty, spicy and doughy middle with a bready and malty finish.
Light-mediumish body with good, medium carbonation that results in a half foamy half creamy sip. Long finish that is great with the tasty Belgian yeasts, very bready and just a bit damp and doughy. Dryer than most IPAs.
Wonderfully pleasant and absolutely deserves to be rated higher than it is. Half a million vaguely tropical vaguely citrus ‘murky’ NEIPAs exist on here rated 88-94, and this very unique, clean drinking, fresh and complex white IPA is lower? Definitely deserves a try by anyone who likes any Belgian, IPA, Pilsner, witbier, anything. Wonderfully delicious

L: Opaque honey yellow with considerable white foam and some lacing.
S: Fuity with stonefruit and citrus notes, floral, and a bit doughy.
T: A bit surprising, definitely not a typical IPA flavour. The hops are not over the top, still very noticeable but also well balanced. It has a bit of a herbal grassy fruity citrus flavour with light bready malts. There is also a hint of banana. Not very bitter at all.
F: Decent carbonation with a thick and foamy mouthfeel. A little bit oily and dry.
O: Pretty good, interesting and a bit unusual to me.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 6.5%.
Poured a 2finger creamy white head into glass. Leaving a lace as you drink it
Ingredients water barley wheat hops and yeast.
Overall this beer is very enjoyable refreshing and easy to drink.
At 6.5% the alcohol is hidden at the start it feels. Lighter
I like it
Cheers

Hazy gold and leaves great lace. Creamy thick mouthfeel from the wheat and a nice pine resin smell and taste with tropical citrus

Slightly hazy and pale, this beer leaves great long-lasting lacing in my glass. The taste and smell is hoppy and bitter and metallic. Hints of Hefeweizen on the tongue and smell also.

This is my first review... Please be gentle.
Electric Unicorn is a White IPA that pours a hazy golden/straw colour with a beautiful, thick white head. It didn't last long and as it dropped back, it left a little bit of a filigree onto the tulip shaped glass that I used. The light carbonation produced tiny bubbles that danced in the glass and brought this beer to life.
I tasted notes of citrus, banana and stone fruit (maybe peach?) The bitterness of the floral hops work well with the other flavours. The citrus, fruity and pine smells are pleasant and not at all overbearing.
Even though Electric Unicorn is 6.5% alc/vol., the alcohol doesn't overpower the overall taste like other IPAs that I have had.
I feel that this would be a great beer to pair with a greasy cheeseburger or nachos. The flavours of the meat and the cheese would compliment this beer very well.
Electric Unicorn also pairs well with the musical stylings of Mr. Steve Vai and his Flex-able album. They are a match made in the cosmos.
I have no formal education in beer, spirits or the culinary arts. I'm just a guy who like beer, spirits and food so what the hell do I know?
