Father-in-law brought this one back from Texas. Gotta love that!

Pours a very clean amber. One-finger of off-white froth tops it off. Caramel followed by citrus to the nose. Well-balanced with plenty of caramel mixed with the fruit and grapefruit. So subtle and well-balanced, and there's nothing to be ashamed of in that respect.

I had this beer in a frozen goblet and a local restaurant. Maybe a frozen goblet is not the best glass.

(L) It had a dark amber color and a thick off white head.

(A) Modest fruity aroma.

(T) The flavor consisted of a caramel malt base, mango and grapefruit, and a moderate lingering bitterness.

(F) It is an easy drinking IPA. Overall pretty good.

12 oz. can poured into a Speigelau ipa glass. Pours a hazy raw honey gold. Two finger white, soapy head that still covers the beer.
Citrus is at the forefront but can smell grain also. Mainly citrus rind.
Can taste the citrus. Slight grain or floral. I like the taste. Nothing special but wouldn't kick it out of bed.
Feel is a little light. Not quite watery.
Overall it is very drinkable. Will buy again.

This beer has a murky golden color when poured. The head was fairly thick, and frothy. The nose you get a nice citrus smell. The taste is interesting. You get very little of the hops taste, but it is there. I really have a hard time describing the flavors that compete with the hops, but I can say that they do work well together.
