Pour is hazy deep yellow and lots of a tight white head with a lot of lacing. Nose has a moderate farmhouse yeast, lightly dusty, with a faint pepper and strong lemon. Taste is quite a bit sweeter, faint farmhouse, no dustiness. Really no pepper, lots of sweet malt, hints of candied sugar and strong lemon. Lighter carb, syrupy body, a bit thick.

Forced to write notes due to an outlier rating.

This is overly sweet for a saison, with too much emphasis on the malts. Lacks the starhcy dry feel you'd expect from a good saison as well as any spice profile whatsoever. Not funky or peppery, nor even Belgian in character. Simple, shallow, and not true to the style.

On tap, poured into a shaker. There's an aroma that's bright lemon zest with some some graham cracker notes hiding underneath, some light egg drop soup notes, and a light herb (coriander). The beer is just slightly hazy with a straw hue and a dense foam, white head that mostly disappears, leaving only a light retention and lace. The taste is a bit north of medium sweet with a complimentary, medium light bitter. The beer is soft with a foamy and spritzy carbonation, an oily texture, and a medium light body flavored by bread, lemon, and some tropical notes with a crisp, clean finish of clean lemon and coriander along with a hint of graham cracker and bitter citrus. The aftertaste is short and the beer is quite clean and refreshing.
