Pours a very dark amber color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is mild to non-existent. Lacing is mild. More of a watered down spicy pumpkin aroma. Slight nutmeg. Good smooth taste. Mild nutmeg. Good pumpkin spices. Medium bodied. Mild carbonation.

2016 batch
Poured light brown out the can. Fluffy off white head. Brown red in the glass. Fairly transparent with little carbonation
Smells like sweet potato pie, candied yams, cinnamon, nutmeg, very sweet smelling.
Tastes more subdued than the nose but everything is present. .lingering sweetness on the back.
Medium plus feel.
Overall my.top 5 pumkin beers

I normally don't like Pumpkin ales. I usually have a few during fall just because it's the seasonal that everyone puts out. But here I am in late December and I find krunkin Pumpkin in a cask. It was near room temp maybe 65 degrees and I enjoyed it as much as I hoped and more than I had anticipated. Tatse was good, and the look and aroma surprised me. It went down quick for 8.5%. I conclude with the belief that we need more casks and warmer beer because it's better that way.
