A really remarkable hoppy, sessionable pale wheat ale. Nearest comparison might be HUB's Non-Stop, but this has more of a malt backbone. Pours cloudy yellow with dense, persistent head and tons of lacing. Smell is grapefruit, orange, slight pine, slight wheat, cracker, malt. Crisp fruity-then-bitter taste. Low bitterness initially, growing with a dry finish. Super refreshing. Carbonation is perhaps a touch high, but body is nice. This is a really great beer, one that doesn't trade flavour for sessionability--makes me long for summer.

Look: Pale hazy yellow. Pours with 2 finger rocky white head. Fantastic retention on the head after 5 minutes.
Smell: Soft pines and citrus.
Taste: Piney with plenty of tropical citrus. Nothing overwhelms the flavour, quite a nice balenced attack all the way through.
Feel: Soft with a bubbly effervesce .

I'm amazed by this beer for two reasons.
First, it is very refreshing and I cannot make a suggestion on how to improve it.
While it doesn't Look as good as what it delivers, all that improves when I Smell a brewed drink that is bursting with fruit. Tastes deliver about the same; totally cleans the palate, then sits ever so softly in the mouth. I did not want this can to end.
The second reason I am amazed is Ontario's craft world is totally transformed. I last came to Toronto 12 years ago and they seemed to be just starting a few micros. (Since most of them do not export south to Chicago, I got little warning of the revolution that was happening here.) And then today, I go into a beer store with perhaps only 100 different brews; three dozen of whom are from brewers I had never heard of. And one of them is from a town I will never hear of again and it produced this absolutely great Pale Wheat.
Anyway, thanks for the thrill.

Pours a nice gold color with a slight chill haze. Full three finger head with great retention and lacing.
Smell is light citrus, a touch of stone fruit, and and a touch of wheat.
Taste is pithy citrus, some tropical fruits and that touch of grainy/wheaty.
Feel is light with active carbonation.
A nice surprise, bought on a whim and quite enjoyed this. Would be fantastic on the dock during the Summer.

Lovely hazy pale yellow with a light billowy head with good lacing. Aroma is lemony, citrusy. Flavour has tropical fruit sweetness, grapefruit, with wonderfully balanced hop bitterness that ends floral, citrus. Good lightish mouthfeel. For a light beer has wonderful range of flavours.

Poured from a can bought at the Beer Store on Sommerset. It pours a lovely pale cloudy beer with a head of big bubbles that disipates slowly. The smell has grapefruit and a hint of tropical fruit. The taste is similar but with a slightly bitter after taste which adds to the beer. This is a great summer beer and very drinkable.

Pours a hazy light gold colour with a massive head that sticks around forever. The smell is hoppy, and gardeny. Taste is hops again with notes of dandelions and other springtime backyard plants. Mouthfeel is nice with an ample carbonation level And a quality feel

16oz can into a pint glass. Ok, wheat is not my thing, but we were in Canada and this one called out to be sampled. It succeeds by being exactly what it says it is. A sessionable light ale aimed at people who like hoppy beers. Poured a mostly clear orange-gold with a light but sharp lemony nose. The hops are present but step back to allow the fruit (mostly lemon) shine through. The tropical fruits seem to take the place of malts as the sweetness. A very nice summer session beer that doesn't overload on the usual bready profile of wheats.
