From a can from the LCBO. Beautiful pale amber with a rocky off white head with great lacing. Herbal, piney, spicy hops on the nose. Flavour includes fruit and bready malt balancing a full slightly piney hop flavour. Good mouthful without being overwhelming.

I brought a can of this back from Hamilton, ON last January whilst in Canada for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a hazy orangish with floaters and white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of pine. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. There was pine bitterness presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Pours golden with a thin white head, almost no lacing. Pine hits you right in the nose and follows through in the taste. Makes this feel very one dimensional. The bitterness is a bit overwhelming and becomes very muddled in the finish. Quite underwhelming.

Cloudy golden color with dense activity. Creamy beige 2 finger head, lasting around 20 minutes, with good legs. Flavors of pine, orange, grapefruits, lemon, pineapples, and herbal spices. Nice fruity sweetness with pretty sharp citrus. Slick medium body with prickly carbonation. Strong finish of tropical fruits, long lingering spruce tar tongue coat of leafy and grassy hops. Lone Pine is a piney one indeed, but not excessive having good balance here, because the flavors are not masked. Still quite fresh and having very tasty flavors. Overall very good quality craft.

Pours a bright orangie golden with a lively white head. Aromas of pine and stone fruit. Flavour is similar with a lingering earthy bitterness that's not aggressive

16oz can into a pint glass. Poured a sharp golden with a lush white head. Hops. Big hops in the nose which was spicy and sharp. More hops on the first sip which were sharp rather than resinous and which would have signaled an unbalanced hop-bomb but for the immediate follow of deep caramel malts. This made for a surprisingly balanced beer after the initial assault of hops. well worth seeking out.

Pours a nice head, shows some lace.

Big, piny aroma. The same hops come through in the flavour as well, with a little underlying spearmint and herb. Total lack of fruit and citrus, which is a welcome change. Solid bitterness, but not overbearing.

Well-attenuated, moderate body is smooth, with a light hop acidity.

A good drinker.

Appearance - This beer pours a cloudy orange color, With less than one finger off white head. This beer seems lightly carbonated.

Aroma - The first smell that hits your nose is a fresh pine smell, dig a little deeper and you get a strong orange peel and grapefruit citrus smell followed by some light malted barely.

Taste - First you get a strong bitter/fresh pine and orange peel flavor followed by grapefuit and Barley on the end finish, this is a very fresh beer and easy drinking for a bitter IPA.

Feel - This is a medium full bodied beer with a very creamy carbonated body. Its bitter and very smooth going down as long as your used to bitterness.

Overall - This is a decent IPA, the flavors are pretty simple and are classic west coast IPA flavors. it is way more Piney than it is citrusy. Enjoy!
