Poured a 473ml can into a pint glass. A two finger light brown head on a very dark, almost black. the head diminishes to a thin layer that sticks around. Lots of lacing.
Coffee and toasted malts in the nose.
Tastes of chocolate and coffee. A dry finish.
Medium body and carbonation.
A pretty decent Oatmeal Stout. Not as creamy as some but well balanced and smooth.

One of my favorite stouts. Very toasty, a bit hoppy, very rich. Taste cocoa nibs. Very smooth.

Look: Pours black with a foamy 2 inch head.
Smell: The smell is light and kind of grassy. Dark coffee tones in the smell.
Taste: Dark chocolate, cocao, and oats. Other reviewers mentioned a green pepper taste, and as the beer warms up I definitely noticed it. I wouldn't have been able to put my finger on it and describe it but for the catch by others. I also feel there is a hint of licorce flavour in the mix.
Mouthfeel is not as creamy as I remembered from past times drinking it. This beer hits hard on the taste buds and the front and sides of the tongue but not much going on in the middle and back of the tongue
This beer earns a solid B+. Quite an enjoyable drink.

473 mL Can. ABV 5.5%.
Appearance: Dark brown-black, One-Two fingers of slightly foamy tan head, Thin collar diminishes after a while.
Aroma: Roasted malts, Chocolate, Coffee, Slight alcohol.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, Somewhat smooth/creamy, Slight/Noticeable carbonation, Dry finish.
Flavour: Roasted malts, Dark chocolate, Bitter coffee, Cream.
Overall: I was expecting more of an aroma. It's a pretty simple stout, blended well, but could have a bit more character and depth.

Saw Dust City Skinny Dippin Stout. 5.5% alc. Sawdust City Brewing in Gravenhurst, Ontario.
Thin beige head. Beer itself is dark black. No real smell despite letting it warm up. That’s a bit disappointing. Great flavours. Think dark roasted malt. Hints of baker’s chocolate but no real bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium. Beer is medium bodied. Nice carbonation but not overpowering. Finish is smooth and dry.
Really nice beer. I give it an A.

Poured from a standard 473 ml Canadian tall boy pint can. I'm not a stout connoisseur, but this tasted good inside during a light early snowfall. It tasted of roasted malt with oats, I guess. I picked up some coffee or chocolate bitterness.

Got this one from the LCBO I think.
From a can into a pint glass
SRM: 45
IBU: 35
OG: 13.7*P
FG: 3.5*P
APPEARANCE: Clear dark brown pour yields a small, slightly foamy, light tan head that recedes to a decent film rather quickly. Dark bistre brown body with no carbonation evident. A full film remains until the end leaving touches of lacing on the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Roasted aromas, chocolate notes, touches of coffee and some charred aromas. Nice stuff.
TASTE: Roasted and chocolate flavors up front. A bit of a burnt character is there as well, moving into an impressive finish of roasted malts, bitter coffee flavor, chocolate and some sweet cream lingering on the palate. Pretty nicely put together.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. A little fizzy on the palate, could be creamier, goes down fine and finishes a touch dry on the palate.
OVERALL: Good stuff. Lots of flavor and very well put together. I’d like to see a slightly creamier feel in the style but this is a minor issue. Another good brew by Sawdust City and well worth checking out if you get the chance. Definitely recommended.

Pours a deep black with about a thumb's worth of root beer head. Head has decent retention and upon final break leaves a small island of foam. Some minor lacing.
Smell is quite nice, chocolate and roasts are dominant, with a small bit of hops. This smells nice.
Taste is much like the nose, with mellow roasts and chocolate dominant. The hops I thought I got on the nose are present only peripherally and only on the finish.
Feel is smooth and creamy with a medium light body. Carbonation is about medium low.
Came in with zero expectations, and found myself really enjoying this stout. I would have to say that this might rank as my favorite beer from this brewery.

On tap: pours an opaque dark color 2 finger brown cap. Rich coffee, cocoa tones over some grassy hops, flavour is rich in coffee-coca notes, clean roasty finish. A boiler plate craft stout and food for the sessioner.
