It is exactly as the Brewer advertises it. An IPA with citrus, pine and slightly bitter. It's an individual taste thing, you either like that combination or you do not. I enjoy it, it's not over the top in any one regard but a solid choice in an IPA to have at home (again - if you like the combination presented with citrus and pine with a slight bitterness in an unfiltered brew - so of course it is hazy).

A: Hazy burnt orange color, thick 1 inch head, really good lacing

S: Citrus and pine hops, caramel malts

T: Bright citrus and pine right up front but a nice balance of the caramely malts, leaves a really nice sweet aftertaste

M: Medium, velvety smooth

O: Ranks right up there with some of my favorite IPAs. Maybe not all the way to the top, just lacking a little bit of depth but still a quality brew.

Can best by 5/30/18. Wine glass.

A: pours a turbid golden orange with 1 finger bone white head. Great lacing and retention.

S: sweet, citrusy, malty grapefruit peel.

M: heavier side of mid weight; moderate carbonation. Not too slick.

O: awesome heavier and traditional flavor IPA. I would drink this regularly if it were available

Pale yellow, maybe a greenish hue. Lot of rising bubbles. A modest pine note but overall not very strongly flavored for an IPA. Very subdued hop profile. This falls under the category of not bad, but I wish I could taste more of it. Poured from a can 5 months before the best by date, so I can’t imagine it’s too old, but yeah, pretty weak.

Poured from a freshness dated 12 oz. can: somewhat murky, golden-honey hue with a sustained, foamy white head. Suspended sediment is visible.

Very nice and fresh citrus aroma.

This is a very balanced IPA, in fact, neither the hops or the malt dominates. The ale begins with a sharp, citrusy hop bite but it settles into a nice flavor of marmalade and malt. At one point I could faintly detect vanilla as well as some short-lived pine.

A medium body is matched by a well-rounded mouthfeel with a lingering bittersweet flavor on the palate. The body is slightly heavier than your typical IPA.

This is my second ale from this brewery, and like the pale ale, I am very impressed. While it will not blow you over with the hop profile, it is a well balanced ale that is extremely quaffable and refreshing.

Poured a golden color with a standard hop profile you would expect from and IPA. Malt backbone is solid and not over done. Gangway is good drinkable IPA.

Underrated brew...not in my time zone so it is hard to call me a local. All the adjectives that go along with a great IPA are right here in this brew...really nice liquid gold elixir...good drinks.
