On tap.
A fine looking lager, with an exceptional head.
The aroma seems too mild and lacking in hops. Hops are not a particular issue in the flavor but do lean to the mild side.

Picked up a growler of Long Day Lager from the good good folks at Ale Yeah this evening; meant to have it over the weekend but the cap got dented on the way home and the loss of pressure prompted me to give it an early go.

Poured a hazy gold from the growler into a pint glass; carbonation was good with a frothy head foaming, but dissipated quickly. If this was due to the loss of pressure from the cap, fair enough. Looked good though and bubbles held nicely.

Faint hops, yeast, slight grass and lemon zest on the nose.

Taste was rich with smooth grassiness and mellow hop characteristic. Very pleasing.

The mouthfeel was very good; ABV wasn't highly pronounced on the pallet so this would be a great session lager.

Good first impression from Red Hare in Marietta; I was hoping to give their IPA a try, but they ran out at AY before I got there. A nice autumn lager with plenty of character. If you're introducing your BMC buds to craft beer, this would be a great way to bring them over to the dark side...

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is full of grass, maybe some lemon zest, hops and yeast. The taste was a nice grass flavored beer with mild hops in the back.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a light golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is sweet and malty. Taste is crisp, malts, light hops, none of the sweetness detected in the aroma. Clean and refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.
