Sparkling white head with irregular texture, veiled orange body. Very elegant bouquet, malt, white bread, crackers, tropical fruit, citrus fruits. On the palate the olfactory path is respected, an excellent malted base and a rich feast of fruit, grapefruit, passion fruit, mango and pineapple. The finish is fruity and slightly pungent bitter. Medium and velvety body, medium carbonation. Abv masterfully hidden.

Pours a hazy golden sunset color with a packed-in-concrete bone whit head. The nose is Dankosaurus Rex citrus aromas, with loads of mango, pineapple, and tangerines.

The mango and pineapple flavors dominate the taste, which is a good thing. This is juicy, flavorful, and packs a bite that keeps this in the “old school” IPA camp, which I appreciate.

I could pound this offering from an iconic brewery brewery in our beer nerd world for DAYS. Really well executed, IMHO.

Looks like a hazy NEIPA that leaves good lacing. Tropical juicy fruit flavors are most present. Finishes bitter and crisp. Very easy drinking at 7.2%. I imagine this would be fantastic on a hot summer day. Overall, a great juicy tropical IPA that packs a punch and I look forward to having again.

12oz canned in late January - purchased on a recommendation, probably a little old for me at this point but here we go.

A: Beautiful hazy lemonade-colored pour, medium-plus haze, with a white head that laces well.

S: Tropica fruit flesh, papaya and mango, doughy malt, banana? Fruity hints of dank pine.

T: Follows the nose, overripe tropical fruit, pineapple and mango, impressions of citrus, dankness, earthy greenness, hints of a boozy malt backbone.

MF: Smooth medium body, good carbonation for this style.

O: Just fine, would like to have tried it younger. At almost three months it’s leaning towards a malty IPA, so fresh it must have been delicious.

Pours a hazy, golden apple cider in color with a small amount of head and lots of lacing as you drink. Smells dank and fruity. Weed, bananas, apricot, tangerine with a doughy backbone. Taste is pretty in line with the aroma. Dank, herbal spiciness up front followed by a buttery, biscuity grain profile and subsiding to a floral, soapy, citrusy hop flavor that lingers on the tongue far after the gulp. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with ample creaminess, some oiliness and a bit of zest. Goes down smooth and easy. Perhaps a little sour, but feel gentle on the stomach. This one is pretty easy to drink with a 7.2% ABV. I am very much enjoying my moment of bliss. Cheers!

Can of Bliss poured nice and cold into a tulip and right away noticed nice haze and then, swirled and the nose was faint but reminiscent of pineapple and oranges. My initial tasting was a little too cold for the flavor to open up so I let the glass warm in my hands and was happy to taste a little alcohol and fruit flavor but not much hop character as far a bitterness. This is a beer that you could quaff two or three then hate yourself in the morning as it has a pretty above average alcohol content , plus I'm not twenty anymore. Mouthfeel to me was a little thin but I still enjoyed the good parts of this nice creation. All in all nice addition to the Blues stable.

-cloudy pale orange can pour with a 1cm foam cap and a faint orange blossom aroma. The flavor is fairly full and tropical citrus, pineapple and orange rind are most prominent. The body is light. This is an enjoyable option for a “light “ juicy ipa

Slightly hazy tarnished gold with loose puffy white head. Tangerine, guava, cantaloupe but also a touch of green onion on the nose. Wafer malts, then Sunny D, white melon, grapefruit granata, pineapple rind, hard kiwi + wild grass; cutting IBUs.

Mosaic, Azacca, Galaxy, El Dorado, Idaho 7

Canned Jan 2 - 9 and half weeks old. Tropical, yes, but instead of lush + juicy, it’s lean + sharp, almost tart - the underripe + acidic sides of all the fruits that these hops bring. It’s almost like OB saw all the IPAs out there now which are cloyingly, pornographically juicy - and there are plenty - so they went the opposite direction. It’s also too light, not insignificantly bitter, and salty as a pretzel. Opens up as it warms with a bunch of mango, but still a bit of a prickly pear overall.

Well made, just not fun enough.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned February 8th 2020.

Big rich forming head. Talk like a giant fist and off white in color, not quite bleach not quite yellow/khaki either somewhere colorwise in between. Big fat retention on this with bubbly fine swiss cheese and island clumping top. Body color is a slightly hazy, but very nice dark orange appearance, with super very faint reams of slow rising carbonation. Great aggressive looking IPA.

Excellent no bones about it tropical nose. Hits with tropical mango notes, maybe even some leafy herbal green character as well. After some time, there is a very beautiful Christmas tangerine orange quality to this as well. Not exotic or ground breaking, just really basic and really good though.

Palate seems a bit more controlled. Simple malt backbone that flirts a little bit with caramel but stays mostly neutral. Hop pleasure of a good simple orange juicy texture, as opposed to tropical exoticness. Good fruity finish, that once again is more orange juice and somewhat clean than tropical fruit.

A good solid tasty IPA.

This is a fucking great beer. This is the 'poor mans' Happy Hops from Russian River as far as I am concerned. But even at that, it's still an excellent beer! I have been very pleased with the Can-O-Bliss series!

6 pack of cans bought from Plaid Pantry in West Salem OR
$7.75 ( on sale).
Pours a hazy ( not NE style soupy haze though), orange with a gorgeous rocky white head.
Aroma is vaguely tropical..melons, papaya, mango etc..pleasant.
Taste is nice refreshing..,has a brisk pineapple aspect that is likeable.
Mouth feel is average for style..could use a wee touch more carbonation.
OK beer , but i fear past its best even in cans.

Poured cloudy gold, pretty dense as can’t see la light through it, but no floaters. Bright, citrusy, floral smell. Taste is tropical, say pineapple and grapefruit. Like that it a little more pungent than other tropical IPA’s. Minimal carbonation.

Canned 12/20/19, drinking from a stemmed tulip
Hazy copper-orange pour, one finger white head, strong full lacing and cap. No floaties.
Sour pineapple, mango, pale malt, slight floral scents
Grapefruit pith, pineapple, orange, lemon. Muted at first, but strengthening in the back of my mouth and aftertaste.
Nice bitter entrance, copious carbonation, medium body, semi dry finish. No alcohol heat.
Easy drinking and enjoyable. Not in my top tier of tropical IPA’s but looking forward to getting fresh cans from this series.

Poured on tap. Good beer with great fruit notes & a smooth finish but was not expecting the malt contents. Is a great beer if youre right in the middle. Would have liked a little more hop for a 7.2% beer but would get again if available in restaurant.

Straight 4's, an outstanding brew. Pours a hazy golden color with minimal head. Overwhelmingly fruity to the nose, with citrus and some malt. Taste follows, but the hop bitterness becomes present. Light mouthfeel and an aftertaste with fruit first, finishing up with hops

Somewhat cloudy yellow straw with 1.5-finger head. Nose is pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, overall fruity. Hint of malt, which is a bit more noticeable in the taste, though still light. Lighter bitterness, slightly sweet. Medium mouthfeel.

My favorite all time beers come from Oskar and Carton, so admitting bias.
Massive amounts of Mosaic, Azacca, Galaxy, El Dorado and Idaho 7 hop for wave of citrus/hempy taste.
a) Murk, golden yellow, without much supportive head or lace.
s) Where one expects in tropical citric wave, with perfume, flowers, candy.
t) Explodes in a wave of the above, plus twin forks of tropical fruit salad and a bit of candied, honey bread, then shifting herbal with peppery bitterness of chive, hemp and green tea.
f) Medium bodied and trending drier like a gin and tonic or a screwdriver.
o) Ingenious new citric angle without being too oj on IPAs.

Sharp, orangy, bitter, tangy juicy IPA. Tropical, heavy, hits the taste buds solid and hard. Hurricane coming through. It's pretty reliable stuff if you like this kind of citrusy type of thing - not sweet or carmel like or heavy hop. It taste like bitter but sweet enough juice/but dry at the same time?

Poured from a can into a tulip

Pours bright gold and hazy--dangerously close to cloudy NEIPA territory, but shimmering. Modest head, but excellent froth and lacing.

The tropical fruit definitely shines through on the nose Mango, guava, pineapple, juicy fruit gum, faint citrus, honey-kissed malts.

The flavor follows the nose, but with a bit more bitterness than expected, and not in a bad way. Plenty of classic tropical flavors are balanced with a liberal dose of lemony/grassy and grapefruit bitterness, and white pepper and herbal notes in the background.

The brew is down-the-middle medium bodied, with a well-carbonated and drying finish that keeps this brew on the "IPA" side of the "NEIPA/IPA" line.

Overall, an excellent tropical treat that still provides enough bitter balance to keep things moving nicely.

This is a tropical IPA with an SRM of 4.5 and 7.2% ABV. It has Mosaic, Azacca, Galaxy, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops. I poured from a can chilled to 40 degrees F. It was canned on February 18th, so it is quite fresh.

Look-It pours a light golden yellow color with extreme haziness. I can’t even see through it as if it were a Hefeweizen. The swirling vortex carbonation trails made it even harder to see through. The head is thick and foamy with a white color. It settles down quickly to a thin head.

Smell-I smell tropical fruits such as pineapple, papaya, guava, and mango, but the overall aroma focuses less on the citrusy fruits—although present—and more on the meaty fibrous natured fruits like papaya and guava. I also get notes of melon rind and kiwi skins. It has a delicate aroma of honeysuckle and flower petals.

Taste-It has a tropical flavor to it for sure. I get lots of papaya, guava, pineapple, honeydew rind, kiwi, and a delicate honeysuckle malt backbone which was a welcomed change from the standard caramel malts. I think the honeysuckle malts go better with the various tropical fruit flavors. I also pick up on some pale malts and pineapple pith. The flavor is slightly muted, but expertly executed and does not have a very strong bite at all from the alcohol. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, but delicate and has a clean rinse.

Overall-This is a delicious beer of course, but the alcohol sneaks up on you, because it doesn’t have a strong bite from the 7.2% ABV. It’s a great beer for the sunny mild days of early spring!

Wow i'm drinking this at 2 weeks old, you can't go wrong with that. I like the can artwork, great use of color. On the pour I notice a hazy yellow color with lots of floating sediment in the glass. The aroma is danky & piney. The taste follows the same along with some citrus fruit juice notes that mellow out that onion & garlic danky taste along with some melon notes as was mentioned below on this page. This was really well made in my opinion this is what the Stone Unfiltered IPA wish they were. Cheers! A-

It's like hopped-up pineapple juice - in a good way. It is certainly a hazy brew, a deep-yellow wheat with strong, flavorful, citrus aromas. Pours a decent minimal foamy-head where the lacing quickly dissipates. Smells like pineapple or grapefruit or both and it certainly tastes like a citrus brew only with a 'kick' alcohol. Now this is a summer brew for BBQ. The taste lingers, creating a desire for another one; and it is certainly worth another.

Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soapy head.

Smell is tropical, like the can says. Notes of pineapple, mango, oranges and a hint of coconut.

Taste is sweet and tropical with moderate bitterness. Notes of pineapple, grass and slightly tart citrus peel.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a nice, but unspectacular IPA.

A - follows that unfiltered looking hazy IPA everybody seems to be loving lately. Good color slight Amber Hues with about a full in a frog that settles to a decent ring
S - chock full of tropical notes in the aroma full on Mango papaya and slight guava hits.
T - kind of a run-of-the-mill beer not super hoppy kind of muddled if you ask me. More like a double IPA
M - not bad pretty medium to light body. Not super crushable but still decent IPA.
