"A super quad dry hopped G'Knight. It's a tasting room special in Longmont created by our Head Brewer for Brevard."

Served from tap into a Raleigh Rare & Vintage Beer Tasting snifter. Poured red-orange with a half finger off-white head that subsided to a minimal amount slowly. Maintained decent lacing throughout the glass. The aroma was comprised of sweet malt, citrus, onion, spice, onion hop, and spicy hop. The flavor was of sweet malt, onion, earth, onion hop, grass, and spicy hop. It had a light feel on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a pretty decent brew. As you can imagine, this one was a hop monster. Tons of different varieties going on in this one that kept your palate on its toes while not completely destroying your palate at the same time. It was a nice touch to an already solid base brew. Definitely glad I got the chance to try this one and would love to drink more of this in the future. Tick.
