City Feed had a remarkable selection on local beers available. Stuff you won't see 50 miles outside of Boston. Kudos for their localvore attitude. Beyond that the beer selection is incredibly unremarkable, actually mostly forgetable. Nightshift and Newburyport were two standouts. There is a third that comes to mind, but their labels are so nebulous I can't recall the brewery.
As mentioned beyond the local beer, there really isn't much here.

Stopped in here for my second time last night. This is a neighborhood deli / market specializing in locally sourced organic food and products.

I've yet to sample any of their deli sandwiches but I've heard good things.

City Feed hosts tastings fairly frequently and I've gone to one featuring Cambridge Brewing Company and Slumbrew. It wasn't organized particullarly well, but whose complaining about free beer?

The beer selection is small, but all quality. Like the food, its all local, and a little pricey. There are no options from outside of New England, and the biggest brewery represented is Smuttynose and a couple 6'ers of Sam Adams. Besides that there are bombers and 750s from all the new locals, Pretty Things, Mystic, Idle Hands, Blatant, CBC, Ipswich, Element, etc...

They keep a few of the bombers and 6'ers cold, but most are on one shelf next to wines and ciders. If you are looking for out of state products or rarities you will have better luck down the street at Blanchards. But what you gain there you lose in the freshness and quality that you can get at City Feeder. The selection here has a purpose and lives up to it.

I walked out with a 6'er of Mayflower Spring Hop, a bomber of Blatant IPA, and 750s of Mystic Bourbon Barrel Aged Descendant and Idle Hands Pandora.
