A: Pours a very hazy pale straw yellow in color with heavy amounts of active visible carbonation and faint amounts of lemon yellow highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy white head that quickly reduces to just the smallest patch of extremely thin film that continually fades and refreshes itself with an extremely thin ring at the edges of the glass. No lacing is observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat and a moderate amount of lemon citrus which seems to get stronger as the beer warms up. Smells quite tart. Hints of hay/barnyard and just a touch of lactic sourness.
T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of slightly sour wheat with a moderate amount of tart lemon citrus. That is followed by light flavors of earthiness and hay along with a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of lactic sourness.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Moderate to heavy amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink and refreshing, especially for a warm summer evening here in NC. A nice representation of the style and definitely one that I would enjoy again.

22 ounce bottle. Served in a DFH Signature glass, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with a half inch white head that didn't stick around too long. There isn't much if any lacing at all. The brew smells like wheat, lemon, hay, and unfortunately sulfur which was very noticeable. Luckily I didn't have any issues with the taste! It tastes like wheat, lemon, green apples, and some mineral flavor. It's a tart and tasty brew. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's refreshing and easy to drink, and is well carbonated. Other than the aroma, I thought this was good. Definitely worth a try if you come across a bottle.
