750 ml bottle, no dating that I could find on it but I'm pretty sure I've had this sitting in the fridge for at least a few months. Label says 6.8% ABV. Served in a Teku glass, the beer pours a reddish/amber color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like oak, tart cherries, bready malt and some earthiness. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, with tart cherry, plum, oak, bready malt, and a bit of sweet spiciness and vinegary flavors noticeable too. It's a nice tart brew, but I wouldn't really call it sour. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of soft carbonation. I thought it was an enjoyable brew, glad I was able to try this one. Probably should have drank it fresher, though.
