Cellerless KellerCellerless Keller
Notes: Process and imagination converge in this modern classic. Cellarless Keller is a traditional lager cellared using a new technique to achieve the elegant aromas and flavors of toasted oak barrels without the timely oak conditioning process. Instead, we pioneered the use of oak wood treatments in the beer using a proprietary blend of toasts and char. Our combination of oak woods are specific to our lager recipe and pinpoint a flavor profile to create a genuinely Cellarless Kellerbier.

Malts: pilsner, Vienna, wheat
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Loral, Saaz

Single can from Party Town
Clear golden color and an extremely foamy bubbly head.
Had to rest it several times before I could get the glass full but boy what a nice head.
Aroma has notes of Oak. Taste follows suit with a nice sweet note.
Medium body with a lot of carbonation.
I like it a lot!

16oz undated (just released) can poured into a shaker pint at fridge temp 6% ABV. The beer pours mostly bright straw yellow with nearly white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and single layer of tiny bubbles. The aroma is pale malt and oak. The taste is semisweet toasted malt, pils malt, oak and floral hops with moderate final bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, good. Nice work with the oak treatment and malts. Easy to drink. If AtG would date their cans, I would buy this routinely.
