A: Pours a clear gold with a thin, fizzy white mousse.

S: Aromas of honey, straw, lemon, grain, and cream are present on the nose.

T: Notes of lemon, cream, minerals, lime, grass, straw, honey, and grain wash across the palate. The finish is short and simple with fleeting grain, grass, honey, and straw flavors.

M: Light-bodied, dry, and crisp. Carbonation is quite active. Very drinkable.

O: Dat Daat Joot does not display the depth of flavor or fullness of body of traditional German kolschbiers, but is effective nonetheless. Its light body and simple, accessible flavor profile would make it a perfect beer for a hot, sunny day. I would recommend this beer to lager fans looking to try something different.
