Served in a shaker pint glass at McGee's.
An IPA with a Bio-Dome-style reference and brewed with Topaz hops. Okay. It pours a clear amber-brass topped by a half-finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises toffee, grapefruit zest, and light orange peel. The taste brings in more of the same, with the sweetness and fruitiness in solid balance and with neither one being accentuated too much. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda dry finish. Overall, a pretty nice IPA, one that showcases a pleasant balance and a tasty hop varietal.
