An Imperial Rye Stout aged on white ash wood. Comes out to 11.5 ABV according to Maggie the barkeep. A soft mouthfeel with plenty of carbonation. It looks like a stout should in being black and it leaves a healthy lacing on the glass. Taste is solid with a nice balance of smoke and wood and I get a slight hint of dark chocolate on the finish. Not overwhelming or popping, but a damn fine brew made well. It'd certainly be one I could drink a 750 of and enjoy every drop.
