A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a circular patch of bubbles in the center of the glass (which was populated by a column of rising bubbles), a narrow collar around the edge, and a thin film of bubbles on the surface in between.
S: Light aromas of pilsener malts are present in the nose along with notes of lemon citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the lemony flavors are a bit stronger and more in balance with those of the pilsener malts. There is a ever so slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsener is quite easy to drink and the touch of lemony aromas and flavors adds a refreshing twist.

Had it on tap at George Keeley, NYC.
Pours a golden color with a tint of orange. Surprisingly there is a bit of haze. A nice moderate frothy head displays good retention.
The aroma first showcases its bready and crackery malts. There is a supporting touch of spicy and citrusy hops aroma.
Opens sweet with a graham cracker and bready malt flavor. Soon, bright hops flavors open up and impart a nice mellow bitterness as well as citrusy, lemon like flavors and light peppery spice. Not sure about this, but the hops seem to have more of a new world quality rather than Noble.
On the light side of medium bodied, crisp and with a dry clean finish.
A well hopped and hazy looking pilsner that somewhat strays from the tradition. However, it is still quite tasty.
