Notes:
A golden unfiltered ‘true to style’ Czech Pale Lager, brewed with Saaz & Polaris hops for an ever so slight spiciness to a very clean finish. Lagered for 36 days using Pilsner Urquell yeast.

A: The beer is somewhat hazy yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of floral and fruity aromas are present in the nose along with notes of pale malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the malts are a bit stronger and there are also notes of mineral water. A light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed how the unfiltered nature of this lager shined through with the bits of "chewiness" in the mouthfeel. It was easy to drink but had some elements of complexity.
