The colour is dark amber, the liquid is clear. The two finger head is white and compact, it sinks down to a thick lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is earthy-floral with worty sweetness and a touch of sable.
The taste got passing bitterness, semi-sweet herbal-earthy notes, dark bread and earth. It is quite unclean. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is cleaner with noes of brown malt, caramel and some herbal bitter flavours. The finish is light and clean with some toffee.
The carbonation is medium strong; the few bubbles are sharp and long-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
Earthy off-flavours… Otherwise, this is not a bad low alcohol beer.
