12oz can with a smudged date on it

Dark-ass amber, sudsy head that hangs around and laces the glass. Smell is nutty and grainy. Taste is very nutty, with chocolate malt and a hint of medicinal hops.

Very mediocre brown

Rolling Stones Bar and Grill, LAX Airport Terminal 6, not much good beer here.

a) Pours clear dark amber with low visible carbonation. flattish thin head and not much lace.
s) aromas of nutty malt and little else. grain.
t) more of the nutty malts and too sweet, no hop savor.
f) medium-bodied and yet thin with a low amount of carbonation.
O: This is a nice brown ale if you're stranded at LAX.

This brew, from a twelve ounce can, is a maple brown colored liquid with a slim tan head. The aroma is a nice mix of malt and hops...nutty, solid, a bit of fruit, and a little alcohol. The flavor is balanced in sweetness with a peppery bitterness and a little roasted malt underneath. Full in body.

on tap at LAX killing time during a flight delay
looks dark, smells nice, caramel malt. Flavor is sweet with a little nuttiness, but lacking in hops to balance - could use a little more earthiness. Overall, pretty good

Enjoyed from a 12oz can that was poured into pint glass. The beer pours a deep dark amber brown and leaves just the thinnest of heads. Not much in the way of smell, aside from some faint hints of molasses. More flavors come out in the mouth, notes of caramel and molasses which are backed by the presence of malt. A fair amount of nuttiness plays around in the mouth. Also present is that typical metallic taste of English ales. The feel on the tongue is medium, owing to the decent amount of malt offered by this beer. Overall, a very pleasant traditional style English brown ale, though not incredibly complex, it is a good example of the style that can be easily enjoyed.

Great (dark) English style brown ale. A bit toasty, nutty and smooth. Creamy Malty notes.

Dark brown with a fingernail of creamy brown on top. The aroma is of caramel and molasses. I'm tasting caramel and dark malt. This is coming off a bit on the sweet side for my liking. The mouth is smooth and creamy.

If you like British brown ale, bitter & pale ales, you'll enjoy this one. I delight in malty, low hopped ale, so "Get...That Brown" as it's worthy.

Bought a 6-pack $7.49 Times Supermarket
Dark Brown color like Cola
Medium mouthfeel
medium-light carbonation
Caramel, roasted malty taste, smooth, creamy, slighty watery
Overall an ok easy drinking beer. Nothing exciting about it so I would drink it and be fine with it , but not seek it out and there are a lot of other beers I would buy before this one.

On draft at LAX. 20 oz.

Tasty, smooth, and not too sweet. Good nuttiness - appreciate the malts. Very drinkable.
