Dark brown with a fingernail of creamy brown on top. The aroma is of caramel and molasses. I'm tasting caramel and dark malt. This is coming off a bit on the sweet side for my liking. The mouth is smooth and creamy.

If you like British brown ale, bitter & pale ales, you'll enjoy this one. I delight in malty, low hopped ale, so "Get...That Brown" as it's worthy.

Bought a 6-pack $7.49 Times Supermarket
Dark Brown color like Cola
Medium mouthfeel
medium-light carbonation
Caramel, roasted malty taste, smooth, creamy, slighty watery
Overall an ok easy drinking beer. Nothing exciting about it so I would drink it and be fine with it , but not seek it out and there are a lot of other beers I would buy before this one.

On draft at LAX. 20 oz.

Tasty, smooth, and not too sweet. Good nuttiness - appreciate the malts. Very drinkable.

Type: 12-oz. can
Glass: Hawai‘i Bowl shaker pint glass
From: A Hard Rock Hotel hospitality suite
Price: N/A
Purchased: N/A; Received Dec. 13, 2016
Consumed: Dec. 18, 2016
Reviewed as: American Brown Ale
Misc.: Canned on Feb. 4, 2016

Had plenty of these, especially the week of the Las Vegas Bowl, but this would be my first time reviewing it. Liked it OK, giving it a 3.75 on Untapped. Although #CraftAdjace, it was certainly better than the other options in the suite. Not excited about having this canned way back on Feb. 4, 2016, but still need to review it.

Poured a medium brown semi-clear color with three fingers of light khaki-tan frothy head. Light bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Average watery lacing. Good retention. (Sight - 3.75)

Smelled English roasty malts, toffee, caramel, nutty malts, cocoa, hints of brownie and brown bread. Pretty good on the nose. (Smell - 4.00)

Taste followed the nose. Got those English roasty malts up front, followed by toffee, caramel, cocoa, nutty malts, light brownie batter, brown bread, biscuit and malt chocolate. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long nutty finish. (Feel - 4.00)

This was even better than I thought with this review. Just a very good American Brown Ale. (Overall - 4.00)

A thanks to the commander of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark mahogany color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is nutty, malts. Taste is bready malts, light chocolate, nuts, smooth and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.
