12 oz. bottle poured into a craft pint.

A- Light chestnut with some golden hues. Hazy. Off white head is thin but leaves some decent lacing. Retention is decent too.

S- Biscuit/toasted malts, a little caramel. A bit of a floral bouquet as well.

T- Biscuit and toast, a bit nutty as well. Earthy hop finish.

M- Medium-light body. Smooth, but a slight bitterness in the finish.

O- A basic Amber. Mild, well balanced. Nothing bad, but also nothing fantastic.

12 oz.

Pours a mostly clear amber brown, off-white lacing for a head.

Aroma of biscuit malts with apple and citrus hops.

Biscuit malt with some light piney hop flavor and bitterness.

Medium body with tingly carbonation on the tongue.

A pretty decent and enjoyable ale with some nice flavor and body. Goes down easy and smooth.

On tap at Santirini's Greek restuarant in the Fountain Square area of town; this is the name both the bartender and server gave me, which seems odd since FS's other beers have much better names (but I'm fine with this). Poured a very nice deep orange-red, with some nice initial head and a bit of decent lacing throughout. Nice malty scents, sweet with a nice citrus and floral hop aroma in the nose. Good tastes, but nothing spectacular, with good malt sweetness, a bit of caramel flavors, and some good citrus tones to end, but simply nothing outstanding. Went down nice and smooth. A very well made beer, just not the top Red Ale and not the top that I've had from Fountain Square Brewing.
