Gay’s Hops-n-Schnapps, Angola, IN, and Lagrange, IN.
I stopped at both of these while driving across US 20 to Shipshewana. Both have adequate parking and are right on 20 so easy to find.
Look at their website – the opening photo is accurate – those wall coolers are filled to the brim with BMC. The near end door has some semi-craft stuff – Sam Adams, New Belgium, etc. Sitting on the shelves at room temperature were multiple IPAs of varying or indeterminate ages – four month old Head Hunter (THE HORROR!), month old War Mullet, tons of decent beers slowly dying on the shelves: at least the pricing wasn’t out of line. I rescued a War Mullet and an undated four pack of Evil Czech Voodoo Vanilla Rye Stout and left. I was carded as were some younger people that checked out ahead of me. There was a lot of wine and liquor as well but I don’t know enough to comment on the selection.

Stopped here last time I was in Angola. They have a nice beer selection. I was browsing the aisle and the manager asked what I was looking for in particular. He told me that they had some Zombie Dust on the counter up front which I didn't notice when I walked in. I was lucky that I stopped in at the right time because he said it wouldn't last very long.

I will make it a point to stop in here anytime I am in the area.
