This beer pours like the grit of a veteran Dom Capers building a defense around a young franchise with the help of Sam Mills, Lamar Lathon, Eric Davis. The nose is nice and bright with hints of Rocket Ismail, Michael Bates, Wesley Walls, and Tim Biakabutuka. The flavors are in your face like a sixty yard TD to Steve Smith, a riled up Jake Delhomme, a goal line dive by a 6'5 250lb Cam Newton. It's formidable like a wall made of Julius Peppers, Brentson Buckner, Kris Jenkins, and Mike Rucker. It's polished like Will Witherspoon, Luke Kuechly, and Thomas Davis. Pick this beer up if you see it, it'll have you smiling like Greg Olsen running uncovered after short yardage play action with a naked bootleg. Oh the possibilities....

This is not the beer we deserve but it is the beer we need.

I'm buddy brought this to Nashville over New Years. It poured a clear copper with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of pine. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint golden yellow + honey orange highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a large half finger thick cap covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Light to moderate aromas of caramel + rye malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of herbal and citrus/grapefruit pith hops.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of caramel + rye malts with light to moderate amounts of caramel sweetness and a light to moderate amount of rye spiciness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of herbal hops and light flavors of citrus/grapefruit pith hops. Light to moderate amounts of hoppy bitterness in the finish which lingers for a short amount of time.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and enjoyable. I wish there was a little more spiciness from the rye but one I could easily have a couple.

16 oz can dated 8/11/17 poured into a guinness style pint glass. A clear orange with a two finger fluffy white head, with active carbonation visible. The head retains for quite some time. The aroma is rye, lemon, grass, and pine. The taste is pale malts, faint rye and spice, and grass. The feel starts out smooth and light on the sip but finishes a touch sharp, with overall carbonation medium to medium high. Overall, a decent easy drinking pale in a cool Panthers theme/colored can. Perfect for tailgating, as it mentions.
