Gordgeous dark brown with an orange tannish and very cloudy with sentiment. Topped with three fingers of yellow for me head. The smell is a pumpkin spice, pumpkins, a hint of coffee. They taste as a pumpkin and pumpkin spice it with a toasted note. I got this in Waynesville North Carolina and I’m drinking in Wilson North Carolina April 16, 2023.

Pint pour on draught at Beer Study in Chapel Hill, NC. Served in a plastic cup. It pours a cloudy, dark iced tea color with minimal ecru-colored head almost no lacing. It smells of roasted malt, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice, and just a whiff of chocolate. The pumpkin pie spicing is bold and there are heavy cola notes. The malt backbone adds an earthy touch and there is mild bitterness at the finish. This ale is well-carbonated and the 6.4% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, while Gordgeous isn't high on my list of favorite Pumpkin Ales, it is tasty and refreshing and I wouldn't pass by the opportunity to drink it again.

Look: It pours dark amber with a tan head. Head retention is very good
Smell: It has a spicy pumpkin aroma that is very strong. There is some cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Taste: It has pumpkin flavors with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and some allspice. The flavors are very diverse and strong. They remind me of spices typical of the way grandmother baked a pumpkin pie, not the modern version.
Feel: It has a medium body with a long lasting spicy aftertaste. There is some pleasant alcohol warming.
Overall, a great pumpkin spice beer with strong aromas and strong flavors.

16oz can poured into a goblet
A- pours a deep amber color with a ruby hue, one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring around the edge
S- a malty base aroma gives notes of brown sugar, fruit cake and a hint of caramel. Spice aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice. Hint of vanilla
T- earthy brown malts with notes of fruit cake and brown sugar are immediately followed by an array of spices; clove and allspice leading the way, with cinnamon and nutmeg undertones. The finish continues with the spices, with clove and allspice lasting long into the linger
M- medium body with moderate-low carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that turns a bit creamy on the finish
O- one of the more spice-forward pumpkin ales that I've had, but nothing seems to overpower. well done

16 oz can with a 2 September 2020 canning date stamp on the bottom.
Pours with a lovely, clear ruby-brown body that is topped by a short lived beige head.
This smells quite spicy with an unusual spice mix that's less appealing than average for the style. The spicy flavor is, perhaps, a little better than the aroma suggests and carries a significant impact of the pumpkin. Repeated sampling, however, leads to a disproportionate flavor of ginger.

Darker color than I’d expect for the style. Strong flavors of pumpkin, but little else. Your typical generic, ubiquitous pumpkin ale.

Pours an orange'ish copper with medium carbonation. Aroma is pumpkin spice. Fairly drinkable for a pumpkin beer and I appreciate the spicing being in balance and you're not assaulted with nutmeg and clove like some other pumpkin beer. Definitely tilts more towards pumpkin spice than pumpkin. Not my favorite example of the style (I prefer a 2/3's pumpkin, 1/3 pumpkin spice balance). Overall a solid pumpkin beer that's drinkable but maybe not best suited to a tallboy can.

I'm trying this at the house rented by my Bestie in Hilton Head. It poured a clear amber with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of spice and pumpkin. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink for a pumpkin ale. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
