Poured from a 22oz bottle into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a bright gold color with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains wheat, Belgian yeast, a good amount of hops, some citrus, some spices and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with some tartness from flavors of citrus and wild Belgian yeast. Then some sweetness comes in from flavors of caramel and spices followed by breadiness of wheat and a hearty but not too heavy malt character. The hops presence is good for the style and provides a nice balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.

I really like this. just a really nice, crisp, hoppy, not too bitter, citrusy beer. I would not prefer any summer beer over this. and I think most non-beer-geek friends would like it as well. This is a beer I would buy in bombers for myself or a keg for a party, if the occasion arises.

Pours a large fluffy fizzy 2 finger head that fades at a med pace but reinforced by streaming bubbles from the bottom, nice soapy bubbly lacing, crystal clear honey tan golden brown color.
Nose brings nice bright saison aromas, floral spices with mild dry farmhouse funk, dry bready cracker and dough, faint lemon zest and lemongrass, mild grassy floral notes with citrus rind hops. Faint vinous white grape skin note.
Taste brings sweet malts, grassy malts with mild cracker and dough bread, faint smooth creamy note, very little saison farmhouse like yeast but not much. Nice hops, floral and grassy out front, noble like but Americanized grassy slight spicy, with mild lemon and citrus rind, some bright but mild citrus fruits, and spicy note late. Sticky but drier finish, nice bitterness, nice mix of lemongrass citrus rind and grassy floral saison flavours lingering.
Mouth is med to softer bod, touch creamy note, decent carb.
Overall pretty nice, decent saison yeast notes slight I personally like more farmhouse funk but it works very well here, nice hops with floral grassy and citrus rind etc.
