Lucid air might not look like much, pouring like any American adjunct filled lager. The first sip hsweet. gives lie to any illusion of mediocrity, its a Very light wheat taste, with just the slight hint of hops to cut through any illusion of being too sweet. Overall a well made beer with subtlety that many craft breweries should learn from, with their imperial this that and the other style.

Well balanced good tasting beer that is easy to drink. If you only like hopped up beers and high alcohol content, this beer isn't for you.

L: Pours brilliant straw gold under a very finely bubbled 1” white foam cap.
S: Light grains and very faint hops on the nose.
T: Light grains and fruit.
F: Smooth and crisp, medium light body and above average carbonation.
O: Refreshing, not assertive or over the top but very easy to drink especially on a warm day

Poured from 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams "Perfect Pint" glass.
Appearance: Pours a pale straw golden yellow with lots of rising bubbles. Big four finger white head with good retention. Leaves a lot of lace sticking around the glass.
Smell: A fairly light and wheat driven grainy aroma. Wheat grains and pale malts with hints of crackers, yeast, and cereal. Some noticeable hints of citrus lemon zest. Fairly grassy scent with some hints of earthy hops. A light aroma but it is well balanced.
Taste: Like the smell, but with a little more bitterness. Soft wheat grains and pale malts with some notes of crackers, yeast, biscuit, and cereal. A nice taste of lemon and a little bit of hay. Notes of grass and some earthy hops that add a little bitterness. A crisp and clean taste. Good for the style.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with a carbonation on the higher side of medium. Crisp, clean, and very smooth. A fairly drying finish.
Overall: A pretty decent lighter option. Mild taste and feel but what is there is good and balanced.

One of the most underwhelming citra beers I have ever had. Also does not have the full taste and body of a typical american blonde. Overall pretty dang underwhelming.

Ordered a pint at Stub & Herbs by the U. It appeared a hazy blonde, that cleared up as it warmed, with only a short head. I like, in theory, what Lucid's going for here, but this beer is too light of character. There's a pleasant clean dry malt character in the finish, along with a smattering of floral, fruity hop notes, but everything is too subdued. The body is on point, the right ingredients seem to be there, but everything needs to be amped up a little. I like where it's headed and will give the beer another shot next time I'm in MN.

Pours a light straw color with a small white head. Has aromas of fruits as well as some hops. Flavor mirrors the aroma. The body and mouthfeel are very light but crisp, clean, and very easy drinking. Overall, fantastic for the style and highly quaffable.

Ordered at Golden Nugget Tavern. Pale golden color with one finger of head that quickly settled to a thin film. Some lacing is left on the glass.
Aroma of wheat with a touch of lemon grass.
Light flavor of wheat with a lemon finish. Clean and neutral.
Light and airy. About what I expected from the style.
Increadibly easy drinking beer on the first warm day of the season. Nothing really interesting going on like in some of the higher hopped wheat ales.
