This beer pours a clear bronze color with a quarter inch head that recedes quickly into sparse lacing. The aroma is full of butterscotch and toffee. The taste is pure butterscotch with a rancid acidity that lingers long. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Overall, this is a terrible beer that should not be on the market.

First reviewer of Dyno...And here I am burying it. Don't really like that. I don't know much about Lucid, but I want to see them do well. But this beer, which I had on tap at Pig and Fiddle, was a total miss for me. The menu description talks about adding the hops late creating the hop aroma and flavor without the bite. Sounds promising. Sounds like a marvel of technology. Didn't work, the hop taste was missing too. Beer looks acceptable, smells meek but acceptable. The taste, well, where the hops should have been, water creeps in. Part of me wonders if this was a brewing accident. Very reminiscent of a food where one key ingredient was missing. Dissatisfying watery taste, which spilled over into unsatisfying mouth feel. Cannot recommend this lackluster beer, hoping other Lucid beers pan out better.

Pours a dark gold, almost amber color, with a small white head which fades quickly, leaving spotty lacing. The aroma has light citrus and biscuit malt. Not necessarily my favorite combination of aromas or flavors.

Tastes much like it smells with light citrus and biscuit malts. Not much in the way of taste. Very bland.

Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing special, and not worth seeking out again.

Not too sure what that means.

A= Pours a light golden color with a thin white head on it that holds nice retention and some solid lacing.

S= The smell is weird. It has some light hop character to it as well as a little bit of a sort of rotting fruit smell. Having worked at a grocery store in the produce department I've sort of learned what rotting fruit smells like and this has a little bit of that smell.

T= The taste again has a sort of rotting fruit taste to it. There is a little bit of a hop flavor but the aftertaste on this is rotten fruit. It's really weird. I can't think of a reason a beer would taste like this.

M= Very well carbonated.

O= This is a second disapointment from lucid for me. The beer isn't tooo bad but it isn't quite right either. Something is wrong here.
