12oz can served in a tulip. No date that I see. Given to me by @mr-jj.

Pours hazy amber with a medium head and lots of carbonation. Smell is bright and tropical with a dank undertone.

Taste is straw with a bitter finish on the first sip. Bitterness builds, but the tropical/dankness is still a bit lacking on the second. I keep looking for it, but I'm a little disappointed.

Mouthfeel is medium to light. It's not bad, but not exciting.

Hearty deliciously full pale. Rye pops you in the mouth with citrus and other spiciest lingering in the afterglow. A zesty meal in a can. This is perhaps my favorite mass distributed Bronx Brewery offering.

A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is hazy orangey-amber with a half-finger ecru-colored head on top that retains fairly well.

S: A little fruity, surprisingly, with florally hops over a sweet malt foundation.

T: Ahh - there's the rye. Modest grainy foundation underneath fruitiness, citrusy hops and a good amount of rye's spicy bite. Lingering bitterness fights with rye spice on the aftertaste.

M: Medium in heft, carbonation is on the low side.

O: Good - a nice rye beer that showcases the rye pretty well.
