Pint can American Double ale. 8% abv. Yep, this one's a double.
A very solid amber color with some rather chunky yeastie bits. Certainly unfiltered. Chunky, funky white foam cap is very substantial, slow to recede and has plenty of coverage and lace.
A smokey caramel malty aroma with very sweet, n fruity hop tones all around. Dry, sweet pineapple and pine tree sap, earthy tones can also be detected from within the hop spectrum.
This Dipa has a serious dry-hopped , earthy and bitter flavor. Not exactly what your used to from the New England style's these days. A bit heavier, both malty and bitter wise. This is not your typical, hazy, juicy light malty dipa. The earthy-dry hop tones dominate with orange rind, dried leaves and black pepper.
Medium bodied, full of life , slightly juicy but also very dry. A very nice mouthfeel and texture.
This one is actually very heady and heavy stuff...more like a west coasty dipa in most ways.

Pours hazy golden in color. Nice citrus hops, floral hops, and fruity malts; not as hoppy as some other Alchemist brews but nice none the less. Medium body and low carbonation.
Overall s beer a super American Pale Ale rival Heady and Focal.

Pours a slightly hazy golden coloration with a medium, fizzy head. Lots of floaters during final pour. Smell is incredibly "green", with grassy, dank, floral hops being prominent and just a hint of citrus rind, biscuity malt and multivitamin tablet coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, being quite dank and slightly resinous, but also slightly artificial, with a certain multivitamin note and further notes of orange rind, lime zest and pine. Very hoppy, but balanced by a good amount of biscuity malt. Finishes with a nice, medium bitterness. Very soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. Quite impresssive Pale Ale with a very "green" character and great mouthfeel. Shame that it has that slight multivitamin note to it.
