On tap, served into a pint glass.

Appearance - Hazy deep orange. Big off white head. Lasts forever.

Smell - Mild aroma. Kinda soapy. Floral hops. Some pine.

Taste - Sweet malt forward flavor up front. Moderate hop flavor in the middle. More piney and grassy. Graininess fills the void until a slight bitterness peaks out.

Mouthfeel - Malty right at the start, then the body drops off. Low bitterness.

Overall - It just doesn't taste like a whole lot. None of the flavors are bad, just the wrong proportions.

A: overall thin, quarter finger head on a murky crimson with slight golden hue body.

S: overall a little mild but a slight pine and mild orange peel citrus sweetness.

T: malt forward IPA which transitions to a nice piney and earthy hop flavor which lingers on the palate but without an off putting aftertaste.

M: medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice and smooth.

Overall: the degree of pine slightly affects drinkability but the Columbus hops are very well represented. A very nice IPA for the IPA lover.

A - Pours witha small head of white foam on a slightly hazy, copper colored body. The head settles fairly quickly and leaves nice lace.

S - fruity hops with a touch of pine and some toffee from the malt.

T - pine and orange hop flavors up front. Some bread and toffee malt in the middle. Finishes with more fruity hops and moderate bitterness.

M - medium-light body, moderate carbonation, and a balanced finish.

D - very drinkable and well balanced, the hop character is nice, though not as pungent as some.
