Poured from a 32oz growler, purchased from Bottle Barn, into a pint glass.
A: gold in color with constant streams of bubbles. No head to speak of, and only a small ring of lacing around the edge of the glass.
S: fresh hops and a little sweetness
T: by far the best aspect of this beer! Like you threw a pound of hops in a juicer. Mostly citrus, slight green apple
F: acidity leaves the tongue tingling long after the sip.
O: an APA where the fresh hops take center stage. I read 98% of the ingredients came from North Dakota. A great showcase of local ingredients. Could users little more malt for balance, but overall very tasty!

This beer pours a pale gold with an average head. The aroma is dank and tropical with notes pineapple, mango, cannabis, mint, arugula, and brussles sprouts. The flavor is light at first, with hints of lemon and grapefruit peel, followed by dried mango, cannabis, oversteeped tea, pineapple, and a solid dose of bitterness. The mouthfeel is fairly light with moderate carbonation. Overall this is a pretty decent fresh hop beer, though there are some odd aromas present.

This is a really solid hop forward IPA. Pours a hazy light gold. Surprised by the lack of hop nose, but whatever. The hop taste is there. Sharp hop bitterness and hop flavor is great. I don't usually say this but it could use a little more malt flavor support it.
I really enjoyed this beer. Would buy again.

an absolutely outstanding fresh hop beer, head and shoulders better than anything else i have had from these guys, and one of the better fresh hop beers of the season this year (which sadly is about over). hazy but bright, this is a pale honey color, a little yellower maybe, with a full inch of creamy white head and an aroma thats just bursting with juicy and piney hops, its intense, a lot to take in. oily hops hit the tongue and stick to it, bitter from the very beginning, which is certainly something a little different. heavy pine sap, really woodsy and northern feeling, some lesser citrus, but this is not like many of its peers, being much more abrasive all the way through, bitter and sticky and intense, and as much an expression of the wet hops in its texture as it is in its flavor. smooth but thicker, well enough carbonated and long lingering in the finish, leafe and vegetal and bitter, just awesome, real hoppy burps all night. id love to know what hops are in this, its not like other wet hop beers out there. ive liked what little i have had from fargo, but this is without question some next level ale! a real gem.
