12 oz can poured into a basic, drinking cylinder style glass.
Coppery color, white head.
Very enjoyable beer, touch more hop forward as an American IPA.

Canned and w/o freshness info

Pours medium almond Amber, frothy off white head, gauzy froth and splashes of lace.

Resiny hop nose

Better the average IPA with a respectable Resiny and grainy hop bite

Worth a try

Good to see more and more real beer being brewed in Florida

Up until now, this Florida trip had been surprisingly good, beerwise. This one is by far the worst. It could be a bad can, but I have a sample of one and I will leave it at that.

It looks like an AIPA - yellow. It has a very nice head. The aroma is the first hint that something might not be right here. The sourness is broadcasting. In the taste is it screaming, "Pour me down the drain." There is an overpowering sourness. I was hoping to have a nice sour beer at some point in this trip (Tomoka is supposed to have a couple), but not like this.

I had to go check the can in the condo's recycling bin. Yup - it's 5 months old. Still, it went really, really bad.

Draft at the Hurricane in Marathon, FL. A slightly murky pale amber color with a thin white head. Initial impression is citrus, some pine resin, and not much malt presence. Medium-light bodied, with medium carbonation. Fairly dry, slightly bitter finish. Easy to drink - not gonna set the world on fire, but OK.

On the amber side of the IPA spectrum and I don't mind!
Cloudy looking on the pour. The scent is a bit mild or weak and reminds me of homebrew. Flavors are lightly sweetened pink grapefruit with some black tea in there. Not transcendent, but not bad.

Not in great condition when I had it, but it was still pleasant, with a front hoppy tang and pleasant aftertaste
