A - Poured a clear golden color with a white head that leaves lacing behind
S - Is of sweet malt with mild hops
T - Is pretty good malt sweetness upfront backed by some hops
M - This beer has a medium body with medium carbonation to it
D - Pilsners aren't a style that I go out of my way to try but after this one showed up at my door it was a pretty good example of the style worth a try sometime

Drinking this Licher Pils out a a one liter stein in a Biergarten outside of Frankfurt. Pairs well with fleischwurst, potato salad and a few shots of Jaegermeister and berry schnapps. Prost.

From the can, it pours a light golden color with a modest white head that leaves a nice lace and diiminishes to a a thin layer. Light malt in the nose. Light malt in the mouth. Well balanced and easy to drink. Yum!

Served in military in Gießen, Licher Pils was tops. Served warm it is aromatic and smooth. No nasty after taste. When chilled is was even smoother, it is so smooth that your taste buds begged for more, I once drank a .5 L bottle in one full gulp .... simply the best!!

Clear straw color with white head. Aroma has the typical german bread and slight honey sweetness. Taste starts slightly sweet with a light honey flavor but finishes more bitter. Not as bitter as other pilsners though. Body is not really to style, it's medium and has a soft feel and carbonation. Not your typical pilsner but it's not a bad beer by any means.
