Served on tap at Harmony Brewing Co.

Appearance is a bright orange with at least two finger-widths of tan head. Great head retention and lacing.

Smell is dominated by grapefruit flavors. Not overwhelming.

Taste is similar, with the bitterness nicely balanced by the grapefruit flavor and sweeter wheat malt.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with generous carbonation.

Overall it was hard to choose the style for this beer - the most reminiscent beer I've had is Short's Beard of Zeus, which is classed here as an American Pale Lager. This beer has a darker color and is not as bitter - this may be due to the fact it is hopped over 90 minutes. Really refreshing summer beer.
