Stopped in on a Saturday, which seemed to be the only day they were open. Maybe because it's offseason? Regardless, it's a nice little shop right in the heart of Bruges. They had a handful of their beers on tap, which were available for tasting. There's a small communal table to sit at for tasting, but it's pretty cozy as the bottle selection surrounds the table. Surprisingly they had a handful of US beers from Bell's, Founders and a few others. Also had De Molen. The single staff person was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you're in Bruges and can't make it to the brewery, this is worth a stop to sample a few of their beers and grab some of bottles for the trip home.

A very nice little shop. The person working named Bart while I was there was very helpful. A very nice guy who I had a lot of fun talking about and sharing a beer with. Selection if you are looking for Struisse is amazing. They also have a very nice selection of lambic and other Belgian beers also. When in Brugge this is a great little shop to hit.

Excellent beer shop in the centre of Bruges, I went in looking for two specific Struise beers & managed to find both; their Black Albert imperial stout (got a 2016 bottle) and their long retired Aardmonnik (picked up a 2008 vintage for €10). Very pleased and I noticed they has quite a few imported beers too that I didn't see anywhere else in Belgium - they had some Brewdog, Bell's and quite a few others that I can't remember as I stuck to the Belgian offerings. Great wee shop and I imagine I'd stop by again if I was back in Bruges.

Great little shop in Bruge. Wasn't open until 12:10 (10 min late), but worth the wait. Tons of Struise, but also American (Prairie, Mexican Cake) and other European stuff. Great selection of de Molen. Guy was very friendly. Great place!

Sort of hidden in plain site at the end of an indoor shopping area near a busy square. Stopped in right before we had to catch a bus back to Brussels after seeing Westvleteren in the the window. Quickly glancing at the other bottles it looked to have a lot of gems. Talked a little to the dude there and he seemed very knowledgeable. Prices were good. Would have loved to have stayed longer, but again- had some time pressures. Definitely leave yourself some time to browse on your visit to Bruges.

Small store but what they lack in variety of labels they make up for in the depth of beers from the labels carried. Huge variety of De Molen and De Struise, as might be expected. Also had relatively inexpensive Westys. Talking to the guy that ran the shop, they plan on adding more taps soon. When I was there they had a unique Struise, Tilquin and a De Molen. I picked up a 2008 Rio Reserva and a Cuvee Delphine. Prices were fair IMO. The Rio was easily half what I have seen it in the states. Expensive, but worth it.
On another note, sometimes random stuff pops out on the shelf evidently, including beers like Black Tuesday....

A small but impressive shop in a fantastic area. They don't have a lot but they do have plenty of their current offerings. I picked up some Kabert and ONE. The girls running the shop sat outside in the hall until we were ready to pay so nothing special for service. But well worth the stop!

A must stop if you are in Bruges. You can buy and drink struise beers here, but unfortunately, there is not too much of their rare beer here... Only the stuff that is widely available, and it is bit expensive....as is everything in the tourist mecca of Bruges. Service is absolutely great as the workers there are friendly and helpful. I have done a few trades here and also shared a beer with urbain..the brewer..a couple times. Definitely a good stop...

I would highly recommend this location for anyone traveling to Bruges. It is in the busy part of Bruges, so you should expect to pay a little more per bottle.
The selection is pretty limited, but the service is top notch. Had a great conversation with the man working the counter. He ended up giving me and two of my friends a couple samples from the beer they have on tap while we chatted about the brewery and upcoming projects.

In Burg square, just next door to the Basilica of the Holy Blood. You can see the bottles in the window. Three beers on tap and instead of metal kegs was a plastic bladder with clear hard plastic outer shell... interesting... I do very much like the idea of having a tastings in a beer store.
The guys working there were very friendly and helpful. Can probably fit no more than 8 people in there while still having enough room to browse the bottle selection. Had some Struise t-shirts for sale, but those quantities were dwindling.
The only negative about this place is that you should expect to pay the marked up Bruges tourist price for the bottles. If you can find a decent selection somewhere else, you will probably be paying less. With that said, I would recommend this place and will be going back the next time I'm In Bruges.

I would highly recommend going here. They have three nice taps for you to try as you peruse all the bottles they have available. I had a nice chat with the guy running the shop and an english couple that were also having some beers. The Pannepot reserva was excellent; one of the best beers I had while in Belgium. The only problem is that the whole place is cramped. It felt tight with only four people in the store. They only sell their beers, but they have a lot of beers there that are very hard to find elsewhere. I really like the idea of having taps in a beer store, something I have only seen in San Francisco before in the U.S. The individual bottles are a bit pricey but very good.

I stopped in twice while a friend and I were staying in Brugge over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The store is small and I would imagine it gets really busy during the weekends and during high tourist season, but for two people it’s a nice set up. We were talking to one of the amazing staff and they said that they were thinking about doing a remodel to really utilize the space in the shop.
They had three beers on tap that you could do some beer tasting. We meet Bart the first time we were there and Dave the second day. Both were very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. If you are planning to go and happen to have some old Beer Advocate magazines, Bart would greatly appreciate it. They both sat and talked about great beer and how they brew it. They both help brew Struise on their off days.
If you’re in Brugge this is a place you must visit. I’d say visit it twice so you can meet Bart and Dave.

I stopped in here twice during my Germany-Belgium trip this fall, on 28 and 30SEP11. Easily found on the square called Burg in central Brugge. With the Basilica of the Holy Blood facing you, this shop is found to the right, in the Ter Steeghere mall. It's the first shop on the right in this light-colored brick and stone building.
On your left upon entering is a tall, slim cooler housing the 3 rotating biers they have on draft. Just beyond is a semi-circular counter where the staff takes care of your transactions. Around the rest of the perimeter of the small shop are 6'-high shelves loaded with Struise biers, plus some very nice, quality glassware. A small table stands in the center of the room. On my visit there I was offered numerous samples of their biers, including some damn-tasty Tsjeeses. I also quaffed a small tulip of Kate the Great while visiting; gotta love it!! The staff (Dave on my first visit; Bart - aka BA Yapi - on visit 2) were top-shelf! Friendly, helpful, generous with info as well as samples... Super!! Their offerings ran the gamut of the Struise line; I had a difficult time choosing which few bottles I'd have room for in my backpack to bring home to the US. Though their prices were a tad high, it is offset by the quality of the product. Nice place, and I spent a solid amount of time chatting with the staff, a couple locals, and a couple from the UK who love their biers. Well worth a visit (or 2) while in beautiful Brugge.
Prosit!!
