On tap at Latitude 33 Brewing Company in Vista, CA.
Pours a clear light orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, and some slight grass and hay aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but somewhat basic.

On tap at the brewery.
A: Burnished yellow gold with a mountainous white head. Excellent retention and lots of lacing. Great appearance.
S: Grainy malt with herbal and grassy notes. There are light floral aromatics that blend with apple and pear.
T: Moderately sweet grainy malt with notes of apple and pear. There's a low bitterness with some grassy and herbal notes. There's a little orange in the late palate. The finish is clean, crisp, and smooth. I get just a little spiciness.
M: Upper light body with high carbonation.
Overall: A well crafted, straight forward, easy drinking American Wheat. Something I could drink in quantity and perfect for a warm day.
