Notes / Commercial Description:
Selkie is named after a shape shifting mythological water creature; seal in the water and a beautiful woman on land with seductive powers.

Bright and refreshing unfiltered pale ale with tropical fruit and citrus notes followed by a crisp rye spice. Selkie will warm the hearts of the weary and leave one yearning for more.

Growler at the Cajun Cafe on the Bayou during the RBWG 2015 bus tour.
Hazy orange-amber with a good head.
Mild but tasty rye pale ale with plenty of spicy notes from the rye.

Medium, light and sweet malts dominate the nose.
O: competent but not outstanding.
