A - Looks like grapefruit juice a very dirty hazy brown yellow, with just a 1/4 inch of head that pulls back to a mild ring.
S - Some stingy herbal hops meets some sweet malts and just a touch of wheat. Hope its more pronounced in the taste.
T - Very herbal hop kiss underneath buttery sweet malts and some wheat but mostly acidic unbalanced hop bitterness that flows well into the finish. Wish the wheat was more pronounced or this was a white ipa...
M - Light and crisp, great body for a summer beer.

Overall not a bad beer wish the flavors were less buttery and balanced but it's easy enough to quaff back. Not sure if I would try this brewery again...

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.

Poured a hazy copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured pale malt, a light wheat spice and a touch of diactyl.

The taste was pretty heavily laden with diactyl, but elements of chewy wheat and herbal hops made their way through.

The mouthfeel toward the thinner side of the style.

Overall a tasty wheat forward ale.

This is an ok ale. I think it would be better suited for the summer because of its lightness and mouthfeel. The flavor wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Smells sweet and taste very balanced. The color on the glass was a bit hazy but not yeasty.

overall very smooth. not something I might drink again.
